Leadership Programs

Leadership Kingsport is an innovative program presented by your Kingsport Chamber that is designed to develop leadership skills in participants and provide essential information about our community in order to enhance our emerging and existing leaders. LK is a 10 month program that incorporates the community’s experts in various fields to explore Kingsport’s history, government, nonprofit organizations, education, large and small businesses, emergency response, and quality of life.

S.H.O.U.T.!® stands for Students Helping Others Understand Tomorrow and is for talented high school students who might someday hold positions of leadership in our region.

Students are selected each year based on submitted applications and can choose to attend the full week-long session during either June or July.  A graduation is held the evening of the last day.
